Quality Control
Quality Control is Product oriented and Quality Assurance is Process Oriented. We at Serena ensure that product quality is maintained or improved and manufacturing errors are reduced or eliminated through constant monitoring with well-defined System at various stages right from Vendor’s Place till Finished Product. Serena has In-house analytical laboratory for Chemical and Physical analysis. Quality Assurance is a monitoring of processes and an associated feedback loop that confers error prevention. This can be contrasted with quality control which is focused on process output.
Each and every packet of Product is subject to strict Quality Compliance.
